Alberto Porro is a U.S. Army Veteran, Combat-Wounded Warrior, and Purple Heart recipient who has dedicated his life to service both in and out of uniform. He served simultaneously as a U.S. Army Infantry Soldier and a Police Officer, gaining unmatched experience in leadership, discipline, and crisis response. Over the course of more than 21 years in law enforcement and criminal investigations, he developed extensive expertise in building teams, solving complex problems, and serving his community. Alberto is the Owner and Founder of Priority Objective Consulting, a firm committed to helping first responder agencies recruit, hire, and retain top-tier Veterans and military personnel. His mission is to bridge the gap between highly skilled service members transitioning to civilian life and the agencies that can benefit from their proven dedication, resilience, and leadership.
